What is takespace?
takespace is a unique spa-concept capsule which symbiotically combines massage,
breathing space, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, tone and design for an unrivalled
sensual experience.
What does takespace
do?
takespace relaxes and invigorates you in only twenty minutes.
Where can takespace
be used?
Any place where large numbers of people come together under stressful conditions
and need short breaks at regular intervals: large companies, airports, trade
fairs and exhibitions, seminar centers/centres, shopping centres/malls,
and large scale events.
Any place where people would like to do something for their own well-being
without having to exert themselves: in hotels, hospitals, fitness studios
or on cruise liners.
takespace is particularly well suited to relieving stress in employees and
can contribute considerably to keeping a workforce strong.
How much space does
a takespace capsule/chamber/room require?
takespace can be erected on an area of 3.80m x 2.30m.
It requires 7.48m² of floor space and has a height of 2.40m.
In order to accommodate a takespace unit comfortably all rooms should be
at least 2.50m high.
In total a takespace capsule/chamber/room requires ca. 10m² of room
space.
What type of power supply
do I need to run a takespace?
A power supply connection with 220 V (16 KW)
DSL connection (optional)
Do I need to employ
extra staff to run a takespace capsule/chamber/room?
No. The issuing of chip cards can be carried out in the reception or at
the registration desk.
Which systems of payment
can be used?
The system of payment works using barcode chip cards.
What exactly happenings
during a session in takespace?
The selected programme begins as soon as you are seated in the massage chair.
If the programme/program is chosen, the air in the capsule/chamber/room
will be infused with oxygen ions and conditioned.
The air in the capsule/chamber/room will be infused with scents, the colours
of the light will change and relaxing tones will filter in completing the
sensual experience - all in careful harmony with the massage programme.
After twenty minutes you will feel fit and revitalised.
Can I vary the takespace
equipment components?
Yes. We offer a series of equipment set ups. These range from variations
of the components to an integrated aroma cinema.
Is there a selection
of outer colours to choose from?
takespace can be delivered in all RAL colours to coordinate with your corporate
design.
Is there a discount
for ordering more than one takespace units?
Yes - just ask us about this
How long does delivery take?
takespace can usually be delivered within three months.
How long does the
construction take?
We need two days to set up a takespace capsule
Is there marketing
material available?
Yes. We not only support our customers with marketing and advertising material,
we also prepare them with advertising and marketing measurements which are
tailor-made for their unique market situation.
Do you also offer
technical service?
We offer service contracts for components such as online repair services
via DSL. We can even train your in-house technician in order to reduce your
long term costs.
Can the takespace
capsule/chamber/room be stationed at different locations at different times?
The takespace unit is a completely self-contained system and is portable.
What else does takespace
offer in addition to the spa components?
The takespace concept enables the integration of a digital aroma cinema.
You can view this in our takespace demonstration material. Observe a field
of lavender and you will smell lavender in the air. Watch the slow motion
of the waves and you will perceive the distinct smell of the sea.

Where can I try out
a takespace capsule/chamber/room?
From February 2011 they are available for testing in the In-Zentrum of the
Fraunhofer Institut in Duisburg, Germany.
